Annual Report  2005-2006   2004-2005   2002-2004         Becoming a               Trustee	tanc team is a registered charity that provides an independent and free consultancy service to community groups/voluntary sector organisations that want to initiate and participate fully in regeneration initiatives, from street to neighbourhood. think tanc is the trading arm of the charity and acts as a regeneration consultancy undertaking fee paying work for the public, private and community sectors. We would like to use the experience and skills that have been built up over the years to maintain, improve and further develop the free services we offer to the most disadvantaged communities throughout the East Midlands. Currently the free services we offer to community and voluntary sector groups include; needs assessment, research and community consultation, technical advice covering planning, architecture and urban design, project development including developing project briefs, options appraisals, identifying and appointing other consultants, business planning and fundraising.
